Tewksbury Sports Club offers over 50 Spinning and Group Ex Classes per week, the areas #1 Personal Training Team and the best programs to get you results.

BarreClasses include components of Pilates, yoga, and ballet; utilizing the ballet bar participants use their own body weight to achieve long, lean muscles.

Pilates -This class emphasizes the balanced development of your body through core strength, flexibility, and body awareness.

Barre-Lates – This is a Barre and Pilates fusion class.

Pilaxing – W/drills-½ Pilates ½ Boxing with added cardio drills to really get your heart rate up!

Spin Indoor Cycling Class that will help you burn calories and tone your muscles through warm up, up-tempo cadence, sprints, climbs, and cool down. *Classes vary in length from 30 min, 45 min, 55 min. Get ready to sweat!

Total Body Sculpt – Work your muscles in every way possible. This class is designed to build strength, add definition and increase bone density. You will use hand weights, body bars and body weight to change the shape of your body.

Cardio Blast – This class is an awesome combination of cardio exercises! In and out in 30 minutes!

Strength – Make the most of your time in this intense, total body, sculpting class that squeezes a 60-minute workout into 30  minutes using hand weights, resistance bands, body weight etc.

Cardio Intervals w/Boxing Drills – Using body weight resistance, resistance bands, weights etc. this class is packed with a punch full of varying timed intervals which includes cardio boxing rounds using punching mitts! *BRING GLOVES

Tabata – A form of high intensity interval training that follows a specific format: 20 seconds of a very high intensity exercise (e.g., sprints) 10 seconds of rest. Repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes per round.

Yoga – A Vinyassa style flow class, linking breath with movement with a strong focus on alignment to create strength, balance, and flexibility. *MUST BRING YOUR OWN MAT.

Zumba – A low-impact, high octane fat burning workout that combines Latin inspired dance moves with Latin and International music to dance your way to fitness. It’s fun and effective!

30/30 – Classes are 30 minutes in length of each class listed. Typically 30 min in the spin room then 30 min in Group EX room.

Kick Boxing – A cardio work out which combines elements of boxing and mixed martial arts to burn fat, improve balance, and coordination.

Stretch/Relax – A relaxation class that focuses on static stretching.

Les Mills BODYPUMP – BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles. After an exhaustive study, BODYPUMP was verified by the University of Auckland NZ as providing the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class.

Les Mills CXWORK – Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

Les Mills SPRINT – LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimum joint impact. The short duration of a LES MILLS SPRINT™ workout will motivate you to push your physical and mental limits. It features bursts of intensity where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff is you will smash your fitness goals and burn calories for hours after each workout.
